We did have no signal issues on our Tata Sky box; but only twice - when there were super heavy rains. There is some scaffolding in the front of my house - my dish is at the back. Next door there is also some scaffolding, but both to the front and rear. Next door are still receiving Sky without any problems despite the scaffolding at the back being more in light of sight with their dish. tried away from home today on iphone. With VPN on and using cafe wifi, did not work. Switched VPN off and worked. So looks as if VPN is the problem. Sky try to block VPNs becasue they think people are using them to avoid paying. But then I would have to use cafe/airport/hotel wifi without VPN which is unsafe.
